We are parents, too. We think traveling well and traveling with children shouldn’t be mutually exclusive. We have limited vacation time, and we’re not spending our few days of freedom in lousy hotels eating bad food. Family Fun in Verbier, Switzerland

We were excited to hear from our friend, mom of two and Verbier regular, when she sent us all of her insider tips for what to do with kids in the Swiss ski destination. According to her, the one thing to remember about Verbier is that nothing is fancy, even while some things are more expensive than others, the majority of restaurants are a Swiss affair— which means jeans are the attire of choice. The most important thing is that you MUST make reservations everywhere, for lunch and dinner before you go, especially if you’re traveling over Christmas week.
