Schools are canceled, kids climbing the walls, and mom and dad try to work from home while screening repeat episodes of any television show the kids will watch. Snow days: they're pretty, for sure, but they aren't exactly relaxing. In light of this East Coast whopper of a storm, we're sharing some photos of a place we'd rather be: Anguilla! Photographer Michael Edwards, whose credits include Sports Illustrated, Glamour and Vogue, recently spent time on the island while shooting supermodel Ashley Graham. He shared snaps from his stay at one of our favorite hotels, Malliouhana, and it's pretty much all we want to think about today. All photos courtesy of the immensely talented Michael Edwards.
Pool time, beach time, anywhere but digging out the stoop time...
Not so bad on the inside either....
We're big believers that nice rooms and an infinity pool only go so far. The people are what gives a resort its soul, and Malliouhana's got some of the best.
And a nod to our brave photographer, working hard and always taking things ever so seriously :-)

Stowe, Vermont is one of the most visited ski destinations in the northeast, but there's much more to this quintessential New England town than the slopes. Here, Passported contributor Elisa Brown shares her guide to experiencing the best of Stowe in every season.
Each fall, we receive a slew of trip requests for “somewhere upstate,” “nature… but with a gorgeous hotel,” “leaf peeping, long walks and good food.” Our suggestions nearly always include two all-inclusive standouts: Vermont’s sprawling gem of an estate, Twin Farms, and upstate New York’s famous lakefront resort, The Point. Recently, Passported’s Monique Thofte and Brandi Wilson paid visits to each property, and now we’re comparing notes. Read on to find out which of these storied sleeps is best for you.
