We usually talk about things you should do when you're flying with kids, but today we read about something that falls very firmly in the "don'ts" category. An Air France passenger flying from Istanbul to Paris smuggled her baby in a carry-on bag, and the child was discovered in-flight when another passenger noticed the woman's bag moving.
A couple of things here: we try never to judge other mothers, and we hate those lap-kid fees as much as the next person. But to hide a kid (a toddler, according to some reports) in a bag is straight-up whack, not to mention dangerous. The woman, whose identity hasn't be released for obvious reasons, was arrested upon arrival at Charles de Gaulle.
